Dr Hamad Hawama is honestly the best! He made me feel comfortable throughout my hair transplant and hairline-lowering procedure. He is extremely caring, professional and clearly knows exactly what he is doing. I’m really happy with the design of my new hairline and the process. When my blood pressure dropped after surgery, he stayed by my side and took such good care of me until I felt better. His kindness and dedication meant so much to me. I recently had a full hair transplant carried out with hair medics. Naturally I was nervous having this procedure not knowing what to expect. I researched several companies that offered the treatment but found hair medics the most informative and helpful. Robbie was my initial contact and he spent a great deal of time discussing the treatment, what to expect and post operative information. Was easy to liase with him at any time and book appointments for the treatment. My surgeon on the day was Dr Hamad Hawama. I work in the medical field myself as a dentist and found Dr Hamad excellent in the care and service he provided . I spent a good amount of time discussing the design of the hair transplant and what my own expectations were. Dr Hamad was clear on the treatment plan and how it would all work. His clinical treatment throughout was excellent alongside his lovely assistants and made a naturally nervous and long procedure very comfortable. They were all very thorough and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy at the end and during the whole time I was there. The aftercare has also been excellent having had calls from Robbie and Dr Hamad himself to check on my progress and healing. Robbie said to me at the start what sets Hair Medics aside is their customer service and he wasn't wrong. Excellent all around and coming from a fellow medical professional I HIGHYLY recommend trusting these guys with your hair !
